Due to road closures, Bus Route 5 and 6 will be delayed in arrival.

Reminder: Tomorrow (Wednesday, October 15th) is a scheduled Half day for Hartford Public Schools. Redwood will be released at 11:30 am, and Middle School and High School will be released at 11:15am. Please ensure your child has proper transportation arrangements. 

Recordatorio: Mañana (miércoles 15 de octubre) hay medio día programado para las Escuelas Públicas de Hartford. Redwood saldrá a las 11:30 a. m., y la escuela secundaria y preparatoria saldrán a las 11:15 a. m. Por favor, asegúrese de que su hijo/a tenga el transporte adecuado.

Mrs. Guzman and Ms. Cindy’s Pre-K class had a blast making homemade
applesauce this week using the apples we picked during our field trip
to Gull Meadow Farms! 🌳✨

From picking to peeling to stirring, our little chefs did it all — and
the classroom smelled amazing! 😋🍏
What a fun (and tasty!) way to tie learning into a hands-on fall activity.

Tomorrow is Redwood Elementary's Walk to School with Your Husky Day! Parents and students will mee in the Hartford Public Library parking lot by 7:25am and we will walk to school together!

The first night of Parent/Teacher Conferences is tonight from 4:30-7:30pm. The second night of Conferences will be Thursday, October 2nd from 4:30-7:30pm.

Tomorrow, October 1st, is Count Day! It is important that your students are in attendance. Count Day is an official day to count student attendance, which directly determines a school district's funding from the state.
