Message from the Principal:
Hello and Welcome to Redwood Elementary! Our beautiful campus is home to almost 700 students preschool aged to 5th grade. Our newly renovated facility provides students with state of the art technology in each classroom. At Redwood Elementary, we provide a well-rounded, research-based core curriculum enriched with offerings in visual and performing arts, character and health education, physical education, and numerous extra-curricular programs supported by the community. The staff at Redwood is dedicated to developing the whole child. Our PBIS expectations help students know and understand how we expect them to behave at school. Our multiple tiered system of support allows us to meet the needs of all our students. Our dedication to literacy is unparalleled with a 750 book library in each K-1 classroom with plans to expand to all grade levels shortly.
It is my hope that Redwood Elementary is a place where staff and students want to come everyday. We continuously work hard ensuring a positive school climate where teachers collaborate and support one another’s work, helping students to be successful. We have established essential standards that help focus our learning on student academic growth. As principal, I will support and guide teachers and staff in providing the best educational setting for our students.
